The Villa

The main villa is the Pearl’s shining star – a refuge of privacy and well-being for unforgettable moments.

• The lower floor is equipped with a fitness and relaxation area, and a spa with Turkish bath and sensory shower, where majolica tiles evoke an oriental sensation to calm body and mind. The tour continues in the billiard room, bar area and home cinema, for enjoyable entertainment in pleasant company.
• The ground floor has a spacious living room with a fireplace and large sofas, and the many windows surrounding the room offer a panoramic view of the pool and the surrounding landscape. We then enter the generously equipped kitchen with a dining area overlooking the veranda, and finish with two bedrooms each with their own private bathrooms, fitted out for maximum comfort.
• The first floor consists of a large, splendidly furnished bedroom with a substantial private bathroom, as well as the marvellous suite: 60 square metres containing a master bedroom with bathroom fitted with both tub and shower, walk-in closet and adjacent living room with its own independent entrance. From here there is private access to a terrace which spans over 80 square metres, covered by a spectacular bioclimatic pergola to provide maximum comfort. It is arranged with a semi-recessed mini-pool set on a wooden platform, equipped with a chromotherapy shower, airpool and whirlpool, which can also be used in winter thanks to its rapid heating. Finally, we have a large shower, fully-fitted kitchen, seating area and dining furniture. The location benefits from a timeless sea view that captivates the eye and the senses.

The floors are connected by an internal staircase, but are accessible independently from the outside, affording guests additional privacy.

100 metres from the Villa is the annex, a completely independent mini villa consisting of two 2-room apartments with a total area covering over 60 square metres. The two rooms are connected so they can also be used as a single location. They have private outdoor areas, a front porch, and a bioclimatic pergola at the back to guarantee complete relaxation, which is also equipped with all the comforts and elegant finishes.
The annex can accommodate a total of 4 people but also has 2 additional sofa beds for any additional needs.
